Terms of Service | Horizon Rental Car & Auto Sales

1. Agreement

By renting a vehicle, purchasing a vehicle, or using any service from Horizon Rental Car & Auto Sales ("Horizon," "we," "us"), located at 8596 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, GA 30236, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Eligibility

Renters must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and provide proof of insurance or accept our optional coverage packages. A refundable security deposit is required on all rentals regardless of payment method (cash, debit, or prepaid card).

3. Payment Terms

Horizon accepts cash, debit cards, Chime, CashApp, and select prepaid cards. No credit card is required. Rental charges, deposits, and any optional protection packages are due at the time of pickup. Late returns may incur additional daily charges. Returned payments are subject to applicable fees.

4. Vehicle Use

The rented vehicle is for personal, lawful use only. Off-road use, racing, or use by an unauthorized driver is prohibited. The renter is responsible for tolls, parking citations, and any damage not covered by purchased protection plans.

5. Auto Sales & Financing

Horizon is a Buy Here, Pay Here dealership. All vehicle sales are "as-is" unless a written warranty is provided. Financing is offered on select inventory for customers with steady income. A 1-year warranty and 2-day money-back guarantee apply to qualifying vehicles. All sales contracts are binding once signed.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Rental reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before pickup. Deposits are refunded upon return of the vehicle in its original condition, subject to inspection. Auto sales refunds follow the 2-day money-back guarantee terms where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Horizon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a rented or purchased vehicle. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental or vehicle.
